Depending on availability, you may pay through Cash on Delivery (COD), mobile financial services, cards, or other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed before the order is processed for dispatch.

Payment Confirmation

An order is considered paid only after the payment is successfully verified by our payment system or relevant provider.

Failed or Unverified Payment

If a payment fails, remains pending, or cannot be verified, the order may remain unconfirmed until the payment status is resolved.

Duplicate Payment

If you are charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with the transaction details. After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

COD Orders

For COD orders, payment is collected upon successful delivery of the parcel. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may affect future COD eligibility.
